1. Production & Processing

  • Production Time: Orders are manufactured within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delay Notifications: If delays occur (e.g., material shortages), we will notify you via email within 24 hours.


2. Shipping to the United States

  • Carriers: We use DHL Express or FedEx International Priority for fast, tracked delivery.

  • Free Shipping: Shipping costs are currently included in all product prices.
